The platform charges no fee for deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or payment institution may apply its own fee, which you see in your own app before you confirm.

Withdrawal methods

| Mastercard | Debit / credit card | Free | Instant | Mastercard payments are confirmed on your bank's 3-D Secure screen. After approval the amount normally lands in your account instantly. |
| Troy | Domestic debit card | Free | Instant | Troy is Türkiye's domestic card scheme. You can deposit with a Troy-branded card and usually see the amount credited immediately. |
| Apple Pay | Mobile wallet | Free | Instant | Approved with Face ID or Touch ID on compatible Apple devices. Your card number is not shared with the merchant and the payment is usually processed instantly. |

Four rules that make transactions smoother
Withdrawals go back the same way
If you deposited by card, the withdrawal returns to the same card where possible. This protects both you and your account.
Verification may be needed
Identity verification may be requested for first withdrawals or larger amounts. Details are on the AML / KYC page.
Timings count business days
On bank holidays and outside banking hours, EFT transfers may roll to the next business day. FAST, by contrast, runs 24/7.
