1Use of the website and services

This website was prepared to give information about the LiraX platform and to guide people who wish to open an account. Content on the site is not investment advice. Trading and the related contracts are concluded between you and the relevant licensed service provider.

To use the site you must be of legal age and, under the laws that apply where you are, able to use this kind of service. The information you give at registration must be accurate and current.

You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for transactions made through your account. You must not share your password, and you must tell us without delay if you notice unauthorised use.

2Restrictions

The site and its content may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in line with these terms. Without written permission you may not copy, reproduce, sell, rent or create derivative works from the site or its content.

The service may not be available in certain countries or regions; you must not try to use a service that is prohibited where you are.

3Advertising materials and newsletters

Using our name, logo or anything similar without permission is prohibited; such use creates the risks described on the Fraud warning page about fake sites.

How your personal data is collected, used and protected is explained in the Privacy Policy. Using the site means you accept that policy too.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. Those sites are not controlled by LiraX; we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or security. Providing a link does not mean the linked site is endorsed.

7Prohibited use

The following uses are prohibited:

• Activity that breaches the laws and regulations in force
• Sending spam or generating excessive requests with automated tools
• Unauthorised access to systems, attacks on infrastructure or exploiting vulnerabilities
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Giving false or misleading information or opening an account in someone else's name

Behaviour that breaks these rules can lead to restricted access and legal action.

8Support

You can reach our support team at [email protected]. Support is for information and technical help; it does not amount to investment advice. A personal manager helps with using the platform, setup and payment steps; they do not decide which asset or amount you should invest in.

9Disclaimer of warranties

We provide the site and its content "as is". We do not guarantee that information is always accurate, complete or current, or that the site will work without interruption or error. Analyses and examples on the site are not a promise of any future result.

Trading carries risk; profit and the preservation of capital are not guaranteed. Details are in the Risk disclosure.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, LiraX cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use or inability to use the site, decisions made relying on its content, interruptions to third-party services or loss of data.

This limitation does not affect liability that cannot lawfully be limited (for example intent or gross negligence), or your rights under consumer legislation.

11Indemnification

You agree to cover damage and reasonable costs claimed against LiraX by third parties because you breached these terms or used the site unlawfully. This clause does not limit mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

12Other provisions

We may update the terms from time to time; the updated version applies from the moment it is published on this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms. If a provision is held invalid, the other provisions are not affected. Where possible we also notify important changes to your registered email address.

The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies to these terms. For applications made as a consumer, the competent consumer courts and arbitration committees recognised by law remain available.
