Getting started: a four-step platform guide

This guide walks you step by step from opening your LiraX account to using the dashboard. By the end of the page you will know how to set up your account, connect your exchange, define your monitoring settings and manage the dashboard.

You do not have to do any step on your own; your personal manager is with you at each stage. At the end of the guide you will also find other pages that may interest you. For each step you read what to do, then the point to watch, then the most common mistake, so you can complete your first setup smoothly.

Step 1: Register your account

Fill in the form on the home page or the Create Account page: your name, surname, email and phone are enough. When your account opens your login details are sent to you, and your personal manager calls you within 24 hours.

The first job after your first login is security: set a strong password you do not use anywhere else and switch on two-factor authentication (2FA). Prefer an authenticator app and keep the backup codes somewhere safe.

  • Make your password at least 12 characters with letters, numbers and symbols.
  • Turn on 2FA in account settings.
  • Enable login notifications.

After registration you will also be asked to verify your identity. If you have your ID and proof of address ready, the process is usually done within one business day. You can see which documents are accepted on the AML / KYC page.

Common mistake: using the same password on other sites. When one leaks, all of them are at risk.

Step 2: Connect your crypto exchange

The platform works by connecting to your own exchange account with an API key. Create a new key in the API section of your exchange, copy the key and the secret and paste them into the matching field in the dashboard. Confirm with your personal manager which exchanges can be connected.

The key's permissions matter a great deal. Grant read and trade permission and leave withdraw permission off. If possible, restrict the key to the platform's IP addresses. That way, even if the key is compromised, your funds cannot be moved out.

  • Give the key read and trade permission only.
  • Never share the secret with anyone, our support team included.
  • Renew the key at regular intervals.

When the connection is made, a "connected" status appears in the dashboard and your balance is read. If it fails, the cause is usually a missing permission, a wrongly copied key or an IP restriction; your personal manager checks these with you.

Common mistake: closing the page without saving the secret. Exchanges show the secret only once.

Step 3: Set up analysis and monitoring

Once connected, choose the trading pairs you want to follow. With your personal manager you define the strategy, trade size limits and your loss limit. You can pick one of the ready-made strategies or enter your own parameters.

We suggest switching notifications on at this stage: you hear when a trade opens, when a strategy stops, or when the market becomes extremely volatile. When volatility rises the system can pause trading; this is a safeguard, but it does not remove losses.

  • Choose the trading pairs and strategy type.
  • Write down your investment amount and loss limit.
  • Enable email and push notifications.

Starting with a small amount in the first days and observing behaviour is a sensible approach. The strategy writes its results into the reports; after a week you can go through them with your manager and simplify the settings.

Common mistake: starting without setting a loss limit. A limit takes emotional decisions out of the picture in advance.

Step 4: View and manage the dashboard

On the dashboard you see the overall state of your account, open positions, past trades and strategy reports. The summary cards at the top show the current value and the results for the period; you can drill down from the reports section.

In settings you can pause the strategy, change notification preferences, renew the exchange connection and manage your security sessions. Withdrawal requests are also created here. We suggest reading the reports regularly and pausing the strategy straight away if something unexpected happens.

  • Follow the overall state with the summary cards.
  • Compare the strategy's period results in the reports.
  • Pause or change the strategy when needed.

When you first open the dashboard many sections may look empty; that is normal, and they fill as the strategy runs. If there is an icon or term on screen you do not understand, ask your manager; questions like that are expected in the first week.

You can also log in from a mobile device;

You can also log in from a mobile device; the dashboard is laid out for small screens. When you create a withdrawal request remember that timings differ by method; details are in the Withdrawal policy.

What to do when you get stuck

The three most common situations and quick fixes.

The manager could not reach you

If your phone was off or you did not answer, the manager writes to you. Just tell [email protected] the time that suits you.

The exchange will not connect

Check the key's permissions, the IP restriction and the characters you copied. If it is still not solved, send a screenshot of the error message to your manager.

Verification is pending

If documents are unreadable, upload them again; a photo taken in good light with the corners visible gives the quickest result. If it takes longer you hear by email.

Important notes

However easy the guide looks, some facts have to be stated up front.

Profit is not guaranteed. The platform analyses the market and trades, but the outcome depends on market conditions. You may lose part or all of the amount you deposit.

The decision is yours. The amount you invest, the strategy and withdrawal decisions are your responsibility. AI is a support tool; it does not take responsibility in your place. Read the Risk disclosure before you start.
