LiraX operates within the legal framework that governs services related to digital assets and cryptocurrencies in Türkiye: capital markets legislation, anti-money-laundering rules, personal data protection and payment services.

Working within a regulatory framework does not remove investment risk and does not guarantee profit. Crypto-assets and other financial instruments are exposed to price swings and other risks, and part or all of the amount invested can be lost.
Registration and authorisation details are confirmed with the relevant provider on request. You can ask for this by email or through your personal manager, and we suggest getting that confirmation before you make your own decision.
You can ask your manager directly about licensing, regulation and documents once your account is open.
